Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MakeMyCV (operated by Real Plannet, a Udyam-registered MSME in Bangalore, India) does with your data. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect

What we never collect
- Card, UPI or bank details. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see, receive or store them.
- Your free CV score. Text pasted into the free evaluator on our homepage is sent for scoring and discarded immediately. It is never written to our database.
Deletion
CV content and generated files are automatically deleted 24 hours after they are created. This runs on a schedule; it is not a manual promise.
To have your contact record removed sooner, email hello@realplannet.com from the address you used, and we will delete it and confirm.
Who we share with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with the services that run the product:
- Anthropic — your CV content is sent to Claude to generate the rewrite.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Resend — to email your finished CV.
- Cloudflare — hosting and database.
- Zoho CRM — your contact details, so we can follow up on your enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@realplannet.com. We respond within 7 working days.
