Delivery Policy

MakeMyCV is a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no delivery charges and no delivery address.
How your CV is delivered
- On screen, immediately. After payment, your CV is generated in roughly 30–60 seconds and a download button appears.
- By email, automatically. A copy is sent to the email address you entered, without you needing to ask.
Timing

Download window
Download links stay live for 24 hours, after which the files are deleted from our systems (see our Privacy Policy). Save the file to your device. If you lose it within that window, email us and we will resend it.
If something does not arrive
Check your spam folder first. If it still has not arrived, email hello@realplannet.com with your payment reference and we will resend it or refund you — see our Refund Policy.
